My clients
You’re stressed, frustrated, confused, irritated, overworked, underpaid, and under-appreciated. You have conflicting internal voices echoing for you to toughen up and work harder, but also be sensitive and make space for everyone else.
You feel disconnected not only to yourself, but also to those around you; maybe even those closest to you. Brother, I fucking feel you. The truth is, you are tough, you are resilient, and you mean more to people than you might ever believe.
The problem is, not only have you not been reminded of that lately, you’ve been told quite the opposite by what feels like the rest of the world.
As millennial men, we’ve been fed some bullshit. We were raised to believe—like generations before us—that if we worked hard, our jobs, government, and fellow Americans would reciprocate care. This belief, however, did not hold true. Thrusted into a rapidly-changing world shaped by the internet, cable television, and social media, our formative years left us ill-prepared to adapt.
But let’s be very fucking clear here… you are not a victim. You are not defeated. You’ve just been looked over for much of your productive adult years, which has somehow become socially acceptable. You need to be seen and heard by someone who truly gets you. I’m a millennial man; I work with millennial men.
You want to feel in control of yourself again, breaking destructive patterns of self-sabotage that you’ve silently (or not-so-silently) clung onto. You want better relationships, both professionally and personally. You want to feel like a man in your greatest power.
You’re someone who craves more out of life. More freedom, fulfillment, success—but not just the kind of success that looks good on paper.
You want a life that feels good to live, one where your actions align with your deepest desires. Yet, despite knowing what you want, you find yourself stuck in familiar patterns. You procrastinate on the things that matter most, overwork yourself on tasks that don’t, or get lost in self-doubt and perfectionism. By the time you’re ready to take action, you’re back at square one, frustrated and wondering what went wrong.
You’ve probably tried all the usual advice: time management hacks, productivity tools, even self-help books. But deep down, you know this isn’t about “just doing the thing.” If it were that simple, you’d have done it already.
What you’re looking for is a real solution—something that cuts through the surface and addresses what’s actually holding you back. Because what’s standing in your way isn’t a lack of willpower or discipline; it’s fear.
At the heart of your self-sabotage is a fear of the unknown. It’s not that you don’t want change; it’s that change feels risky. Even if the future you envision—starting your own business, working fewer hours, earning more money—sounds incredible, it also feels unsettling. What if it doesn’t work out? What if you fail? Or perhaps scarier still: what if you succeed, and everything in your life changes? Your ego sees these possibilities as threats, not opportunities, and its job is to keep you safe by keeping you stuck.
This fear shows up in sneaky ways. It might disguise itself as perfectionism, telling you that you can’t move forward until everything is just right. Or it might show up as overworking, convincing you that you need to earn your success through sheer effort. Sometimes, it’s a quiet, persistent voice of doubt, whispering that you’re not ready, not good enough, not worthy of what you want. These fears aren’t just roadblocks—they’re the map to what you need to explore.
The good news? You don’t have to face these fears alone. As your coach, my role is to guide you through the shadowy parts of your mind—the places where fear, ego, and anxiety live. Together, we’ll uncover the beliefs that are driving your self-sabotage and gently challenge them. We’ll face the fear of success, the fear of failure, and everything in between, so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
This work isn’t about pushing through fear or pretending it doesn’t exist. It’s about shrinking its power by understanding it. When you confront the fears that have been holding you back, you’ll find that they’re not as big as they seem. And once fear takes a back seat, you’ll have the freedom to pursue your goals without hesitation. The life you’ve been craving isn’t out of reach—it’s on the other side of the very fears you’re about to face. Let’s step over them together.
