What This Work Can Help With
The beauty of this work is how expansive it is. Here are just a few examples:
Grief & Loss: Navigating the pain of losing someone or something important and finding your way through it.
Creative Blocks: Reconnecting with your creative spark when you feel stuck, uninspired, or like your work doesn’t matter anymore.
Life Transitions: Adjusting to big changes like career shifts, relationship shifts, or redefining who you are.
Existential Questions: Grappling with meaning, purpose, or the unsettling thought of “is this it?”
The Pain of Success: You got what you wanted, but it doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.
The Unnameable: That vague sense that something’s missing, but you can’t quite put it into words.
I’m going to ask you a lot of questions in this work. I don’t expect you to have answers every time. They’re meant to provoke, inspire, and open doors you didn’t know were there.
Are You Ready For a Change?
At its heart, coaching with me is about bringing a unique perspective to complex conversations you can’t have anywhere else; A conversation that goes places most people in your life can’t or won’t.
This work is highly tailored and interactive to what you’re bringing to the table. I’m not a sit-back-and-nod-with-you kind of coach. I’m a get-in-the-muck-with-you collaborator who will challenge you in ways that help you uncover the clarity, resilience, and direction you’re looking for.
My Approach
This work is not about quick fixes, motivational clichés, or surface-level advice. It’s about:
Seeing beneath the surface: Spotting patterns, asking hard questions, and digging deeper than the “How’s work? How’s the weather?” conversations we’re all stuck in.
Exploring meaning: Helping you reframe how you relate to suffering, challenge, and uncertainty.
Uncovering resilience: Supporting you in finding strength and agency in the face of what life throws at you.
Life has taught me to see beyond appearances and lean into depth, honesty, and discomfort. Now, I use that perspective to help others explore themselves more fully and take back control of their lives.
The Heart of the Work: The Conversation
At the core of this work is the conversation.
This is the conversation you can’t have with anyone else, because most people won’t (or can’t) go there with you. I will.
I go where others don’t because:
I’m not afraid of discomfort—yours or mine. Nothing you say will scare me.
I’m willing to probe deeper and deeper, even when the territory is dark, messy, or uncertain.
If you feel lost in the fog, I have the strength and willingness to walk with you into it and help you find your footing.
I trust the process of going deeper, because I’ve been there myself.
These conversations have a way of unlocking something. They can take you to the root of what’s really going on, even if you didn’t know it was there. And once you see what’s underneath, everything can shift.
The Bigger Picture
We’re living through a time of massive change. Institutions that once promised stability are already crumbling. Technology is advancing faster than most of us can keep up with. Division, fear, and uncertainty have become the background noise of daily life.
In the middle of all this, it’s easy to lose yourself, to look outside for direction, to wait for someone else to tell you what to do. But that’s not going to work anymore.
What we need now is a return to ourselves, and to each other.
Individuals who are strong in who they are.
People who can trust themselves even when the world feels shaky.
Communities grounded in connection instead of division.
That’s what this work is about. Helping you reclaim a sense of solidity in yourself so you’re not tossed around by every wave of fear or distraction. Helping you build resilience so you can meet change with clarity instead of panic. Helping you stay human in a time when we risk outsourcing our humanity to systems and machines.
This work is intentionally analog: real conversation, human-to-human, without shortcuts or scripts. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about strengthening what’s already there, so you can navigate what’s coming with courage and confidence.
Why I Do This Work
For much of my life, I wasted my gifts. My purpose now is to make sure you don’t waste yours.
I do this work because I love contributing to people’s self-discovery. I’m drawn to coaching because I love the conversation, it’s where I’m most effective. And more than ever, we need spaces where people can drop the noise, get real, and find out what’s true for them.
And here’s the invitation I have for you: let go of rigid expectations as you embark on this work. When we lead with expectations, we’re often met with disappointment. The trick is to lead with inspiration. Expectations rarely arrive on our timeline, which leaves us with micro-disappointments (“It’s not here yet”). But inspiration can change everything in an instant.
This work rests on a foundational belief system that I have: Suffering is an inevitable part of life, but our responses are always within our control.
Not very sexy, I know, but what I hope you hear from that is this: You are far more powerful than you know. The life you want to live? The one that feels like it exists only in your journal entries, isn’t just a “someday”, it’s actually here right now. Let me help you get there.
