You name it, I’ve failed at it.

However, where I once viewed this pattern as a debilitating character flaw, I now understand the immense wisdom and value it carries.

I’ve always felt rebellious. As long as I can remember, it’s been my spice of choice to give life a little more flavor. Whether it was rebellion against institutions, culture, society, authority, or even friends and family, I have a natural aversion to the status quo. This is far from a brag. In fact, I’d say my natural rebellion has been the cause of many of my struggles in life.

For years, I dismissed convention: Jobs, relationships, creative pursuits, etc. Chasing only my intuition and dreams, taking bold action where others were too afraid. And for a while, it worked. Sort of. Sure, I actually did build a life that was meaningful and adventurous. But underneath, the cracks began to spread.

I became exhausted, living paycheck to paycheck, stuck in a relentless cycle of “Shit… I need to figure this out.” That nagging voice only got louder and louder, until I couldn’t ignore it anymore.

The real breakthrough came when I stopped fighting the part of me I’d buried for so long. It wasn’t some dark, twisted secret, it’s the simple desire for stability, purpose, connection and abundance. Abundance. Talk about a shadow part! I subconsciously convinced myself I wasn’t deserving of such a thing. However, I realized I wanted a life where I could be present for the people I love and where I could wake up knowing I was making a real difference. That’s when my path became clear: I want to help people who are stuck, just like I had been, so that they may also break free and move forward.

So here I am. A man who’s taken plenty of detours, stumbled more times than I can count, and come out the other side with a purpose I’m deeply proud of. And the most rewarding way to not waste all fo those experiences, is to share my insights and perspective with you.

Why work with me?

When you work with me, you’re not getting someone who sits quietly, nodding politely, while you recount your struggles. You get someone who’s in the trenches with you. I’ll challenge you to step up, ask deeply penetrative questions that confront what’s holding you back, and help you take bold action to move forward.

This isn’t about me being an “expert” on your life. You are the expert. My job is to help you uncover what’s already inside. Your wisdom, strength and clarity will guide you toward becoming self-led, confident and fulfilled.

The work we do will dig deep. Together, we’ll shine a light on the parts of your shadow you’ve subconsciously buried, the fears you’ve been avoiding, and the ego that’s been running the show. This isn’t therapy. This is about reclaiming the pieces of yourself you’ve hidden away so you can show up fully in your life.

What to Expect

Constructive confrontation.

I’m not here to coddle, but I’m also not here to scold. I don’t accept victimhood, nor do I believe in the popular pseudo alpha male archetype. My work is paradoxical, gentle, contradictory, raw, challenging, unexpected and nuanced. Like me. Like you. Like human fucking beings.

Fear and discomfort will show up. That’s a given. Embrace it. It’s the cost of stepping into the unknown. Fear is always present where change begins; it is merely meant to bring your attention to what is immediately around you.

Your ego will fight back at first. It’s wired to keep you “safe,” even if that safety means staying stuck. Our goal isn’t to destroy your ego. Our goal is to recognize and understand it in order to make better informed decisions.

This isn’t easy work. It’s messy, uncomfortable and requires you to show up. But if you’re willing to take that step, I’m here to walk with you.

Are you ready to stop circling the drain and start living the life you’ve been craving? Let’s get to work.
